We are seeking a Senior Engineer Project Manager to join our Industrial Controls Implementation team within the Industrial Controls organization. The candidate will report to a Senior Program Manager and have a key role in the execution of the PLC and HMI implementation. You will produce reliable, high-quality products for our customers, be a part of our culture of innovation to help drive forward technological advancements, integrate seamlessly with other teams and stakeholders, and optimize operational efficiency. Schedule and coordinate project activities across multiple global locations and stakeholders.
Manage follow-up communications to ensure alignment and accountability.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to drive team progress.
Maintain individual site plans and ensure they align with overall project goals.
Manage the overall implementation schedule.
Create and maintain detailed project plans.
Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Leverage tools to create actionable, day-by-day task lists.
Monitor progress against action plans and escalate issues when necessary.
Identify process gaps and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners on continuous improvement initiatives.
Travel up to 25% as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
BS in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within complex, cross-functional engineering environments.
Proficiency in project management tools, including building dashboards, automations, and custom solutions.
Demonstrated ability to create and implement scalable processes and bespoke solutions to address operational and technical challenges.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and align stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Experience facilitating dynamic meetings and driving productive outcomes.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with industrial automation, engineering, robotics, or PLC systems is a plus.
Up to 25% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed bi-weekly.
