The Clinic Support Representative (CSR) while reporting directly to the Director of Patient Experience will work closely with the Clinic Managers to perform all primary functions as an advanced Clinic Support Representative. The CSR will deliver the ultimate Platinum Experience.
Primary Functions:
Educational Requirements: High school diploma and at least 4 or more years of customer service experience in a business office or medical office/clinic or hospital registration/admissions setting.
