As a Sr. People Systems Analyst at Switch, you own the design, stability, and improvement of core people systems. You lead complex system initiatives, guide best practices, and ensure systems scale with business needs. You partner across HR, IT, and vendors to set direction, prioritize work, and deliver reliable solutions. Your work shapes how people data is managed, accessed, and used across the company.
Own configuration, structure, and ongoing optimization of HRIS and related systems
Lead complex system initiatives, including enhancements and implementations
Define and maintain standards for data integrity, system design, and workflows
Oversee integrations and data flows across HRIS, ATS, LMS, and related systems
Act as the escalation point for complex system issues and root cause analysis
Design scalable reporting and dashboards to support business decisions
Translate business needs into system solutions and configuration changes
Partner with HR, TA, IT, and vendors to prioritize and deliver system improvements
Guide testing strategy, data validation, and rollout planning for system changes
Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and operating procedures
Identify and drive process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and usability
Provide guidance and informal mentorship to other team members
Owns complex systems and drives outcomes with minimal oversight
Communicates clearly and influences decisions across teams
Applies strong judgment to prioritize work and resolve ambiguous problems
Maintains high standards for system reliability, data quality, and user experience
Builds trust and alignment across HR, IT, and vendor partners
Improves processes and sets standards others can follow
6β10 years of experience supporting HRIS or people systems
Deep experience with HR systems such as UKG or similar platforms
Experience leading system enhancements, implementations, or migrations
Strong expertise in system configuration, workflows, and integrations
Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Experience with Oracle HCM or similar platforms
Experience across HR, recruiting, and learning systems
Advanced Excel or reporting tool expertise
Broad understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
