The Role: Senior HRIS And People Analytics Manager

In this high-impact role, you'll lead the development of our HRIS and People Analytics functions, transforming data into insights that drive business decisions and elevate the employee experience. You'll be part of a world-class team committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

We're seeking a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about unlocking the power of people data. You'll lead the development of our HR systems and analytics capabilities, partnering across the business to deliver insights that matter.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on Oracle HCM system implementations and integrations.
  • Execute our people analytics roadmap, defining key metrics, data sources, and scalable reporting frameworks that support decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to uncover trends, identify risks, and generate insights across hiring, retention, performance, mobility, and engagement.
  • Develop prioritization frameworks to guide the growth of our analytics capabilities and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and tools that turn complex data into intuitive, actionable insights.
  • Utilize modern analytics tools and AI, enhancing the speed, accuracy, and impact of reporting.
  • Support key People programs with rigorous analysis and strategic insights that drive clarity and results.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Strategy, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Proven success in building analytics functions from the ground up, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure.
  • Proficiency in data tools with a strong commitment to data integrity and storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of HR data and processes, including talent acquisition, development, rewards, and workforce planning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
  • A builder's mindset—you're curious, innovative, and energized by experimentation and iteration.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM.
