Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, you will build customer relationships and develop new business with your key clients. You will orchestrate with the involved parties to achieve optimal overall results and take full responsibility for the growth of your customer portfolio and the opportunity pipeline.
Responsibilities include:
- Expanding the buying center, especially to business executives at the C-level
- Understanding the business and strategic issues of your customers
- In close coordination with your core and virtual account team, you will create account and opportunity plans and derive action plans to increase the share of wallet
- Defining a customer strategy and creating revenue and customer profitability forecasts
Your skills include:
- In-depth business and technical understanding
- Experience in key account management
- Extensive network at the C-level in the retail industry or deep technical expertise in ICT solutions
- Ability to design customer-specific solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and action
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Very good German language skills
