As an ICT Support Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT Security Systems. You will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of incidents and service requests in the 2nd-level support, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitoring and control of various video management systems (Milestone, Cloud etc.) • Support & Escalation: Support in complex commissioning, fault analysis, and escalation cases • Documentation of operational processes and troubleshooting steps performed • Implementation of updates, security patches, and maintenance to ensure the systems • Independent execution of smaller projects or participation in project business, if operational capacity is available • Occasional assumption of on-call duties
Your Skills
• Degree HF/FH in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, System Engineering or comparable field of advantage • Ideally, a technical background (e.g., Electrician, Telematician, Automation Technician EFZ) • In-depth knowledge of network and server technologies, virtualization, and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MQTT) • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a hands-on mentality • Independent, structured working style and high reliability • Strong team and communication skills • German as a mother tongue, good English and French skills are advantageous
