About the Role
Be part of a busy and collaborative team providing first and second-level technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues, both remotely and face-to-face. Troubleshoot, monitor, and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network.
- Deliver high-quality client service, managing issues with integrity, compassion, and timely resolution
- Work from various sites across our Hospital and Aged Care network in QLD to resolve technical incidents
- Participate in the after-hours on-call roster
About You
- Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle is a MUST
- Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in field engineering, desktop support or IT technical roles
- Strong knowledge and skills in PC hardware and associated devices
- Good understanding and associated skills in networking
- Experience supporting AV systems, nurse call, telephony and comms room infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Cisco, VoIP, DECT and Analog Phone setup and configuration
- Must be able to commit to fulltime hours, including after-hours on-call requirements as detailed above
