About the Role

The Patient Services Clerk is accountable for providing clerical support and facilitating patient management with the NLCSP. The PSC will be involved in booking appointments, reception duties, delivering customer service of a high standard and providing high level administration assistance to the nodule clinic for the NLCSP patients.

• Provide a timely and professional reception for all phone calls regarding the Nodule clinic and Nodule MDM

• Maintain and provide a high level of customer service and professional standards at all times

• Manage bookings for the Nodule Multidisciplinary Clinic

Classifications for this position HS2.

• Include 3 -5 Dot Points of Key qualifications, experience and registrations

• Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain/ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain (Select which is applicable)

About

The Department of Respiratory & Sleep Medicine provides a comprehensive service in all aspects of the investigation and management of respiratory and sleep disorders, including the full range of lung function testing, bronchoscopy service, home and lab sleep studies.

Special interests include the management of asthma and chronic airways disease, alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, tuberculosis and other infectious respiratory conditions.
