We have an exciting new opportunity for a Living Support Manager (Care Manager) to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Care Mitchelton. In this role you will report directly to the Residential Care Services Manager and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team comprising Residential Care Services Manager, Living Support Manager, Clinical Manager, and Hospitality Services Manager. The Living Support Manager leads the team that designs and delivers all Daily Living Activities and Support Services across the household. This team provides, personal care, cooking, lifestyle activities, serving of food, cleaning, laundry, transport, pastoral care and companionship. They contribute to and lead St Vincent's Care Services as a person centric culture that maintains that people are at the centre of all that we do. The Living Support Manager leads and supervises Living Support team members, Hotel Services team, and contractors and ensures all services and work is in line with legislative and industry compliance and standards.
