About the role:

As a Food Services Assistant , you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Maroochydore facility.

Please note this is a fixed term contract role working until May 2026.

Things that work for us:

• Previous experience in a similar role assisting in the preparation and serving of meals
• Assisting with food service duties including setting tables, cleaning dishes and cleaning
• Genuine and professional customer service skills, team player and well presented
• An ability to provide a catering and kitchen service that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation
• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to work on a permanent part time basis
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene standards
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
