Full-Time Client Services Representative

From wellness to urgent care, VO Vets, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, in Fort Worth, TX is changing what it means to provide quality care and convenient availability at our AAHA-accredited and cat friendly veterinary hospital. We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team.

Our CSRs provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients, support the doctors and support staff, and look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks and signing visitors and vendors in.
  • Oversee the clinic
  • Manage and assist client in the euthanasia paperwork
  • Discuss payment choices with
  • Process Daily Estimate Report (Out Window CSR).
  • Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing medical records, distribute daily mail and purging charts in
  • Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the
  • Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff
  • May require mentoring or overseeing students from various educational
  • Perform other job duties as

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working within a customer service environment
  • Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new
  • Experience with EZVet is a PLUS!
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well within a team
