This position is based in Sacramento and will require regular in office days in our Sacramento location. Provides preboarding for internal and external hires, monitoring process and progress to ensure candidates that received an offer of employment are accurately and expeditiously cleared to begin employment on agreed start date. Follows-up with selected candidates to ensure timely completion of all required documents and steps, and other applicable job or clearance requirements are met (e.g., rehire eligibility; license, registration, or certifications; state and federal background compliance checks, medical assessments, and completion of I-9 documentation). Provides final clearance to candidate entity HR. This role is responsible for ensuring an excellent preboarding experience through exceptional customer service including prompt communication and following processes for quality and timeliness. Identifies and participates in process improvement activities.

Education:

• HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Typical Experience:

• 1 year of recent relevant Human Resources, Preboarding and/or Recruitment experience

Days of the Week: Monday - Friday
