HTML & CSS Web Support
Sutherland is looking for proactive and committed professionals to support and maintain automobile dealer websites on the dealer eProcess platform. The role is primarily focused on front-end updates, CMS content changes, and ticket-based enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform front-end updates and content changes using HTML and CSS
- Maintain and update websites built on WordPress and CMS platforms
- Manage and resolve tasks through HubSpot or similar ticketing tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely ticket closure
- Use Python for basic scripting, automation, or efficiency improvements
- Ensure quality, responsiveness, and adherence to brand standards
Qualifications:
- Advanced English level (B2 or higher)
- Availability to work on-site at our Bogotá Americas facilities
- Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Basic to intermediate WordPress experience
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience with ticketing tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to automobile or dealer websites
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience in high-volume support or production environments
