This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative English Account at Sutherland's location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service, sales and retention skills
- Proficiency in English B2 -C1
- Grads and Dropouts only
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
- Flexibility with Rotational shifts
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Sales or Retention experience
