Sr. Recruiter (Engineering: Mechanical & Electrical)

You'll lead recruiting efforts for mechanical and electrical engineering roles, partnering closely with managers and technical teams to attract, assess, and hire top engineering talent. This role requires both strategic sourcing of hard-to-find skill sets and hands-on management of the full hiring process.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting offers for engineering roles
- Partner with engineering leadership to understand technical needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Build pipelines of mechanical and electrical engineers through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Engage candidates with a strong employer brand story and provide a seamless, professional candidate experience
- Create and manage reporting in Excel (charts, pivot tables, metrics) and provide insights to hiring teams
- Work with multiple applicant tracking systems such as Eightfold, Oracle, and internal systems
- Balance multiple requisitions while ensuring quality, speed, and compliance
- Operate independently while staying aligned with team goals and best practices
Requirements
- BA Degree
- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including corporate/professional hiring
- 3+ years recruiting for engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, or related technical disciplines)
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Experience building and executing structured recruiting processes at the corporate level (compliance, reporting, metrics, best practices)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted partnerships with technical leaders and hiring managers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel reporting and analysis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
