Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Belgium

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to focus exclusively on the Belgian market. In this role, you will take ownership of generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and collaborating closely with Account Executives to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively prospect, qualify, and generate new opportunities across Belgium (plus the chance to own/close smaller deals, responsible for full sales cycle)
  • Outreach & Engagement: Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email, and social channels to engage with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Problem Solving: Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and articulate the value of SUSE's solutions.
  • Execution & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align campaigns and maximize customer impact.

Requirements

  • Based in Belgium.
  • Fluent in French, Flemish/Dutch, and English (written and spoken).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally in B2B technology/software).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
