Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on fire safety equipment. Diagnose and perform emergency repairs on fire extinguishers, fire blankets, fire hydrants, hose reels, fire systems, and more. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly. Transport fire safety equipment to and from customer locations for repair, servicing, and testing. Professionally return and install customer property in a timely manner. Represent Survitec professionally during customer interactions and answer technical service questions using extensive product knowledge. Travel for training purposes, service work, and occasional offshore work, sometimes on short notice. Document the use of spare parts to maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure the Fire Safety Service Shop and company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles are kept clean, professional, and organized. Develop knowledge of Survitec policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure compliance. Provide customer support and feedback regarding service inquiries, quotes, orders, technical information, warranty issues, and availability.
Experience servicing fire safety equipment on marine vessels or offshore. Experience in completing routine inspections, reports, and ensuring industry compliance. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Valid passport. Valid driver's license. Willingness to travel
