This is a full-time (Monday - Friday) position that is located at our headquarters office in Columbus, Ohio. The Bilingual Online Support Specialist will handle a high volume of outbound calls to potential job seekers and respond to incoming customer inquiries through appropriate channels. This role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our services and providing clear, professional assistance to employees and customers.
