A typical day of an Outside Sales Representative:

• You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided).
• During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will... Build rapport with property manager. Walk through a unit to assess opportunities. Educate on our services and book repairs.
• Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work.
• Ten-minute check-in with the Owner.

Qualifications:

• Strong rapport skills and persistence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• No prior industry or sales experience is required—training will be provided.
