Surestaff is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a warehouse facility in Belvidere, IL.

This temp-to-hire position is responsible for assisting customers by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing updates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Surestaff is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive pay ($17/hr) as well as access to a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm Overtime may be required depending on production needs.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Answer customer phone calls and emails in a professional, timely manner
• Enter new orders and shipments into the warehouse system and customer portals
• Keep customer records and notes up to date with accurate information
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers
• Communicate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve issues quickly
• Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate to management when necessary
• Assist with general office duties and cross-train in other departments as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Required Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to navigate multiple websites
• Dependable, with strong attendance and a positive attitude
• Willing to learn, multitask, and work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
