Manage the planning and development of projects.
Develop mechanical and/or electrical engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs.
Responsible for designing mechanical and electrical systems.
Conduct project assessments and is able to provide feasible and creative solutions based on the assessment results.
Participate in the tendering process and assist with the projects' costs and budgets.
Plan the team's manpower and provide on-the-job coaching to junior staff.
Meticulous and highly detail-oriented.
Has a keen interest to incorporate new technologies into engineering design projects.
Excellent knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical engineering fields.
Analytical.
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills crucial for engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Required to work both in office and at project sites.
Experienced diploma holders are welcome to apply.
