SMEC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for senior core roles under a confidential PMC / PMO institutional development program in Kuwait, focusing on the construction management of new college and institute campuses.

Engagement is conditional upon project award. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the proposal stage, with formal offers following successful bid award.

A total of 20+ years of experience is required. Manage high-voltage systems design, safety, and power distribution integration. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and interface with utilities. Conduct technical audits and commissioning verification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in a relevant Engineering or Architecture discipline.
• 15–25 years of professional experience, depending on position.
• Mandatory: Proven experience in college, institute, campus, or university projects (Design, Construction Management, or Site Supervision) within the last 5 years.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and GCC experience preferred.
