Geotechnical, Civil & Structural Design Engineer
Responsibilities
- Geotechnical, civil & structural design, analysis and assessment for ground improvement works, foundation, excavation, earth retaining structures, slope, instrumentation, site investigation and simple structures.
- Plan, design, supervise and coordinate for geotechnical/ civil engineering, infrastructural design and site works.
- Civil & Structural and Geotechnical design, analysis and assessment.
- Ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
- Liaise with project Stakeholders, Clients, other Consultants, Contractors, relevant Authorities.
- Assist Team Leader in maintaining high quality standards of design and supervision.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent recognized by PEB.
- At least 1-3 years design working experiences in geotechnical engineering projects.
- Familiar with geotechnical & structural design in Eurocodes.
- Well versed in geotechnical design software, e.g. Plaxis 2D, Plaxis 3D, GeoStudio, TEDDS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000 & etc.
- Familiar with Authorities submission requirements and project management for civil/ infrastructure engineering projects.
- Familiar with ground improvement works, civil, structural designs and BIM will be in advantage.
