- Develop performance marketing plans for customers in various industries and collaborate with internal teams and customers to translate marketing strategies into actionable plans

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a tech, consulting, or agency environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful data-driven performance marketing plans
- Strong expertise in key areas of digital marketing such as Performance Marketing, Landing Page Optimization, creative testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed recommendations
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders and discuss solutions in large groups
