Tasks
Active acquisition of new customers and building long-term customer relationships.
Identification and approach of potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media, events).
Conducting presentations and demos of our SaaS solution to illustrate the added value for customers.
Developing and implementing strategies for lead generation and pipeline management.
Negotiating contract terms and closing deals.
Close collaboration with marketing, merchandising production, and software development to incorporate customer feedback.
Qualification
Ideally experience in B2B sales as well as in the SaaS or technology industry.
Passion for sales, customer acquisition, and building relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented working style and strong perseverance.
Ability to explain technical topics in an understandable way and to tailor solutions to the needs of customers.
