Partner Channel Account Manager

Founded in 2014, and listed on the ASX since 2015, Superloop's purpose is to enable better internet for Australian homes and businesses, by enabling challenger retail brands to take a larger share of the market, leveraging Superloop's Infrastructure-on-Demand platform.

Superloop operates in three segments of the market: consumer connectivity, business network and security solutions, and wholesale connectivity, all of which leverage Superloop's investments in physical infrastructure assets including fibre, subsea cables and fixed wireless, as well as Superloop's software platforms. Hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses rely on Superloop every day for their connectivity needs.

The Sales team is the driver of all revenue opportunities and customer engagement. They position and promote the competitive edge of our products and services to create customer relationships, build robust sales pipelines who successfully close opportunities to deliver against sales targets and business priorities.

As a leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Superloop's growth through our partner ecosystem. You'll lead the Partner Channel Account Management team, empowering them to build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, expand our customer base, and deliver exceptional sales performance. You'll leverage insights, collaboration, and strategic initiatives to deliver outstanding results aligned with Superloop's business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance, strong partner relationships, and increased staff engagement and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform partner and sales strategies.
  • Drive the acquisition, enablement, and performance of channel partners to achieve revenue, growth, and retention targets.
  • Ensure effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and continuous development of the team through performance and sales planning
  • Collaborate with management to set accurate quotas, sales targets, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Design and implement sales strategies focused on channel partner growth, customer retention, and revenue expansion through multiple engagement channels (face-to-face, phone, and digital).
  • Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and retention targets for new, add-on, and re-contracting business.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting to management.
  • Manage channel partner and client escalations promptly, ensuring positive outcomes and partner satisfaction.
  • Analyse partner performance and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, drive efficiency, and expand wallet share.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within the telecommunications, ICT, or channel sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner management, including acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Solid analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, and other CRM/reporting tools.
  • Sound technical knowledge in voice and data solutions

Key Deliverables

  • Meet monthly team sales targets for New Business.
  • Meet monthly team sales targets for resigns.
  • Minimize churn as agreed on quarterly basis.
