We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Raleigh, NC.

Overview of Role:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand the company's electrical services, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process. You'll play a key role in building trust with customers, generating sales, and supporting the overall growth of the company. Travel is around the triangle area (Greensboro, Raleigh, & Durham).

Pay: $70-80K plus commission

Key Responsibilities for Residential Sales Representative:

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from residential customers.
• Visiting prospective customers and secure business.
• Educate customers on company services, pricing, and value propositions.
• Generate quotes, prepare proposals, and follow up sales.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with field electricians and technicians.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with management to meet sales goals and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring professional and positive experience.

Qualifications for Residential Sales Representative:

• Previous experience in inside/outside sales, customer service, or call center environment preferred.
• Experience with electrical installation is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once.
• Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven attitude.
• Knowledge of electrical or residential services is a plus but not required (training provided).
