We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a growing industrial concrete construction company specializing in large concrete tanks, digesters, waste storage structures, lagoons, and other agricultural infrastructure projects across the Midwest and United States. Position Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will be the primary marketing professional for the company and will own the day-to-day execution of all digital marketing efforts. Typical salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 depending on experience. Benefits Include:

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7 am-4 pm Work Structure: Hybrid (office and field) Travel: Limited travel required to job sites across the country Key Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Specialist
- Video Editing & Post-Production (50%)
- Jobsite Video Shooting
- Company Website Management
- Social Media Management
- Maintain Branding Consistency
- Manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage and distribute email campaigns through HubSpot
Technical Proficiency Required:
- Adobe Premiere
- Final Cut & CapCut
- Photoshop
- Canva & HubSpot
- Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads
- SEO fundamentals
AI Competency Required:
- Must excel in the use of AI tools for content creation, workflow efficiency, editing, and marketing optimization
- Ability to integrate AI into daily processes to improve output and speed
