Customer Service - Loaner Car Coordinator - Sunset Kia of Sarasota

Sunset Automotive Group is southwest Florida's largest automotive group with 10 franchises at 11 locations in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

We are currently seeking a Service Department Customer Service-Loaner Car Coordinator to join our elite team at Sunset Kia of Sarasota!

In this key position, you will have the important task of leaving a lasting positive impression of our dealership's service department with our valued auto service clients. Professionalism and strong customer service skills are vital, as well as strong organization and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities within our service administrative team.

Hours are generally 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Some Saturday availability needed. Closed Sundays.

Responsibilities include following up with service clients to ensure satisfaction and survey completion. You will also be responsible for operating our loaner car program for service clientele. This position also answers phones and performs other administrative and customer service tasks as required to keep our department moving. Customer Service-Loaner Car Coordinator Requirements

• Have a professional appearance, outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
• Must have excellent phone skills, ability to multi-task and general office/computer skills
• Must be dependable and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, some Saturdays
• Previous Automotive dealership experience a plus
