Program Manager

We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and process improvement across our global product engineering organization. This role will bring structure, visibility, and accountability to a fast-moving technology environment- driving alignment between engineering, product, and business priorities. As a central connector across teams, you'll develop and maintain delivery frameworks, documentation standards, and operational processes that ensure every initiative runs efficiently and predictably. You'll partner closely with our engineering leaders, and product owners to unify workflows, strengthen communication, and eliminate gaps in process across all technology functions.

Program & Delivery Leadership
- Drive roadmap planning and execution across global product engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business and product priorities.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage delivery of cadence, risk, and accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Lead quarterly planning and review cycles to maintain focus, transparency, and performance alignment.
Process Creation & Standardization
- Build and continuously improve standardized processes for program management, documentation, and delivery.
- Partner with IT and cross-functional leaders to align tools, workflows, and reporting across all technology platforms.
- Streamline communication, eliminate duplication, and improve collaboration across teams.
- Conduct regular process reviews and leverage automation to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Documentation & Governance
- Establish and enforce documentation standards for projects, decisions, and outcomes.
- Maintain centralized documentation for visibility and accountability.
- Oversee issue management and defect review processes, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution.
- Track trends, identify recurring issues, and drive improvements in product quality and QA effectiveness.
Tools & Systems Optimization
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of project and delivery tools that enhance transparency and predictability.
- Define standard workflows and reporting structures that support scalable growth.
- Serve as a champion for agile and delivery of best practices, ensuring tools support effective collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, product owners, QA, IT, and several internal business teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
- Facilitate structured communication rhythms—standups, reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions—across global and cross-functional teams.
- Manage change control and engineering processes to ensure effective governance and seamless delivery.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve delivery performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparent communication.
- Mentor teams on best practices in documentation, process discipline, and agile delivery.
- Lead quarterly retrospectives and lessons-learned reviews to drive measurable organizational growth.
