You would be part of the Asia Marketing Team, led by the Head of Marketing - Asia. The team consists of brand managers, digital marketers, and trade marketing professionals who apply their expertise to navigate evolving market conditions and develop marketing-led innovations that expand access to brighter lives.
This team is responsible for building and strengthening the brand across all operating markets. Our work spans a wide range of focus areas, including rural marketing, POSM innovation, in-store branding, go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, product packaging, market research, e-commerce, and insights development. You would specifically be supporting initiatives within the India region.
We are looking for an experienced and results-focused marketing professional to join our Asia Marketing team as a Trade Marketing Associate. In the India market, we have expanded our portfolio beyond solar products to include non-solar electrical products - Inverter Bulbs, AC LED Bulbs, Downlights and Batten. This role will work closely with the Channel Marketing Manager to design and execute brand visibility strategies across multiple sales channels — Retail, Partnerships, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) - to promote and increase sales of Solar as well the Electrical Range.
This role requires coordination with teams across sales, creative, operations, customer service, tech, and reporting functions. It also involves domestic travel as needed (30 – 40%) to assist on-ground execution and partner engagement.
