Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from receiving the customer's purchase order to confirming payment, ensuring fast, accurate, and customer-focused service. This is hybrid and a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, based in our offices in Badalona.

Key responsibilities include, among other tasks:

• Accurately entering and recording customer orders, monitoring their progress, and keeping customers informed at all times.
• Optimizing order size and frequency, as well as the full logistics process, including goods issue and shipment tracking.
• Responding to customer inquiries and requests, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications:

• Solid professional experience in a similar role (customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement).
• Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP R3 – SD module (highly valued).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
