We are currently hiring for energetic and personable individuals for in-store Customer Service Representatives. Starting pay is $15 an hour with opportunities for performance-based compensation and an amazing employee discount!

Qualifications:

• Some previous retail experience
• Cashier experience in retail store setting
• Basic car parts knowledge and/or a passion for cars
• Ability to work some evenings (up to 8:30pm) and at least 2 weekend days: Friday and/or Saturday and/or Sunday.

Our store is open 7 days/week and work shifts will vary. A successful applicant must be able to work full time and have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Talks with customers in person and assists customers in returning or exchanging products.
• Processes purchases via cash or credit card.
• Obtains merchandise requested by customer and places merchandise in a bag or box. Assists customer in carrying out larger items to their vehicle.
• Processes returns and completes paperwork for warranty returns when return specialist is not available.
• Stocks shelves and counters with merchandise.
• Assists in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6+ months of customer service or cashier experience and/or training preferred.
