Summit County Public Health is seeking a Peer Recovery Supporter to work full-time (35 hours per week), Monday through Friday, in our Harm Reduction program.
The Peer Recovery Supporter offers peer-based support to individuals in recovery, empowering them to make healthier choices and maintain long-term wellness. It connects clients with health care, social services, and community resources, while also providing harm reduction services such as syringe exchange, naloxone distribution, and overdose education. This position actively engages in community outreach to promote public health and support recovery across the community.
