Location: Site de Berrechid, Ain Harrouda, Ain Sebaa, Morocco

Mission and Responsibilities: You will be in charge of:

• Determining and assigning the pace per workstation according to the production schedule.
• Timing the times for critical operations.
• Calculating times for different operations and manufacturing sequences.
• Distributing times to manufacturing and entering on SIGIP.
• Creating codes for new operations.
• Defining and archiving the paces in the workshop.
• Managing workstation charges on SIGIP and creating assembly cycles on carousels.
• Creating and updating time ranges on SIGIP and on SYGETEC.
• Respecting and enforcing the Code of Ethics of Sews Cabind Maroc.
• Respecting and enforcing the HSE standards in force at Sews Cabind Maroc.
• Seeking excellence at all levels, committing and training colleagues and collaborators in a continuous improvement process.

Skills and Qualifications: You master:

• Business application: (SIGIP – SYGETEC – IHS)
• Safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures
• Analysis of statistical data
• Timekeeping techniques
• Operating modes of the electrical harness manufacturing process
• Machines and tools for electrical harnesses: function, operation, connection, test
• Fabrication techniques for harnesses
• Materials and components of electrical harnesses (wires, sheaths, connectors...)

You possess:

• Problem-solving capacity
• Interpersonal skills, analytical mind, rigor, listening, understanding others, self-control, and crisis management are required qualities for this position.

Qualification: BAC+2/3 DUT/BTS Technical.
