Post to be filled: Technician Chronométrage

Workplace: Berrechid, Casablanca, Morocco

Mission and Responsibilities:

• Determine and assign the pace by workstation according to the production schedule.
• Chronométrer the times for critical operations
• Calculate the times for different operations and manufacturing sequences
• Disseminate the times to manufacturing and input into SIGIP
• Create codes for new operations
• Define and archive the paces in the workshop
• Manage the charge positions on SIGIP and create assembly cycles on carousels
• Create and update the time ranges on SIGIP and on SYGETEC
• Respect and enforce the Code of Ethics of Sews Cabind Maroc
• Respect and enforce the standards and HSE regulations in force at Sews Cabind Maroc
• Seek excellence at all levels, committing to and training colleagues and collaborators in a continuous improvement process

Skills and Qualifications:

• Business application: (SIGIP – SYGETEC – IHS)
• Safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures
• Statistical data analysis
• Chronometry techniques
• Operating modes of the electrical harness manufacturing process
• Machines and tools for electrical harnesses: function, operation, connection, test
• Fabrication techniques for harnesses
• Materials and components of electrical harnesses (wires, sheaths, connectors...)

You possess:

• Problem-solving capacity
• Interpersonal skills, analytical mind, rigor, listening, understanding others, self-control, and crisis management skills are required for this position.

Qualification: BAC+2/3 DUT / BTS Technique

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or equivalent.
