Workplace: Berrechid, Casablanca, Morocco

Mission and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Determining and assigning the pace per workstation according to the production schedule.
• Chronometring times for critical operations
• Calculating times for different operations and manufacturing sequences
• Distributing times to manufacturing and entry into SIGIP
• Creating codes for new operations
• Defining and archiving paces in the workshop
• Managing charge posts on SIGIP and creating assembly cycles on carousels
• Creating and updating time ranges on SIGIP and on SYGETEC
• Respecting and enforcing the Code of Ethics of Sews Cabind Maroc
• Respecting and enforcing the HSE standards in effect at Sews Cabind Maroc
• Seeking excellence at all levels, committing and training colleagues and collaborators in a continuous improvement approach

Skills and Qualifications:

You master:

• Business application: (SIGIP – SYGETEC – IHS)
• Safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures
• Statistical data analysis
• Chronométrage techniques
• Operating modes of the electrical harness manufacturing process
• Machines and tools for electrical harnesses: function, operation, connection, test
• Fabrication techniques for harnesses
• Materials and components of electrical harnesses (wires, sheaths, connectors, etc.)

You possess:

• Problem-solving capacity
• Interpersonal skills, analytical mind, rigor, listening, understanding others, self-control, and crisis management skills are required for this position.

Qualification: BAC+2/3 DUT/BTS Technique.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or equivalent.
