Main Responsibility:

Work closely with Procurement Group for data administration and reportorial tasks with coordination to manufacturing affiliates and suppliers

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of associate degree or undergraduate of any business/computer related course with experience in manufacturing/office clerical tasks
Effective in handling and management of data (both hard copy and soft copy)
Proficient in using spreadsheet (Excel), documents (Word), and presentation (Power Point)
Possesses good communication skills whether internal/external communication, be it verbal or written
Familiarity with Document Control and company's nature of business
Able to analyze processes and suggests/implement improvements
Can multitask and work under pressure with strong attention to details and quality of work
