- Collaboration: Work with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Automation teams for smooth project execution and integration of new tech (e.g., robotics).
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data through time studies, observations, and surveys to support design decisions.
- Project Management: Manage layout projects from concept, specification, and validation through implementation.
- Software: AutoCAD, Simulation tools (e.g., Simul8), MS Office.
- Methodologies: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Ergonomics.
