Strong project management skills are needed to coordinate the various stages of NPI
The ability to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development and introduction process is vital.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
Excellent people management skills
Familiar with Problem Solving tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes
Knowledge in basic AutoCAD an advantage
Key Job Functions
Customer Account Management (Primary Contact): Serve as the main liaison for customer requirements, specifications, and technical communication.
New Product Introduction (NPI) Management: Lead NPI programs, including pilot builds, design validation, and manufacturing ramp-up.
Project Management & Timing: Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet cost, quality, and scheduling objectives.
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning): Develop control plans, PFMEA, and process flow diagrams to align with customer quality requirements.
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): Prepare and submit PPAP packages, including validation results, to customers.
Process & Quality Engineering: Analyze process data, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements to production processes.
Technical Documentation & Change Control: Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Process Change Notices (PCN).
