The Role

You'll be responsible for owning and improving operations across Beecher's supply chain including frozen entrees and artisan cheeses. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day hustle.

You'll work across functions, vendors, and systems to keep product moving, inventory optimized, and teams aligned. If you're decisive, analytical, and people-smart, you'll thrive here.

We are committed to a hybrid model with a combination of working from home and in the office. This position will require you to work in the office at least 3 days a week.

What You'll Do

1. Set direction and act fast. Own day-to-day supply chain execution: inventory, logistics, co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and suppliers.
2. Drive performance. Monitor and improve key metrics like fill rate, cost per case, inventory turns and forecast accuracy.
3. Build for growth. Design and implement scalable systems without adding complexity or bureaucracy.
4. Lead with accountability. Set expectations with internal teams and external partners and hold everyone to them.
5. Solve problems in real time. Whether it's a packaging delay, shipping disruption, or forecast miss you take charge and fix it.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance to keep plans aligned and execution tight.
7. Leverage technology. Use ERP systems, Excel models, and AI tools to improve forecasting, planning, and visibility across the business.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years in supply chain or operations, ideally in food/CPG with co-manufacturing and perishable experience.
• You're results-driven, you set a high bar, and don't stop until it's met.
• You're comfortable with change and thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly.
• You think analytically, communicate clearly, and act decisively, even when the data isn't perfect.
• You bring a bias for action; you don't wait for direction when something needs fixing.
• You lead with clarity and confidence and influence others to move with you.
• You have a strong command of ERP systems and planning tools; AI-enabled forecasting or reporting experience is a plus.
• You love figuring things out and making processes better without over-engineering them.

• Salary Range: $125,000 – $140,000 base + annual bonus plan
