Responsibilities:

As an intern, you can expect to be focused on bridging the gap between technical project delivery and successful user adoption. Your responsibilities would be grounded in the projects and operational rhythms, including:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of projects like the radio program rollout in India, helping to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

  • Support the WAVE PTX gateway implementation and similar technology projects, ensuring a stable foundation is built for wider deployment.

  • Support the change management efforts for projects, including preparing communication plans and drafting updates for stakeholders.

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and creating documentation to ensure users are prepared, supported, and confident in using new tools.

  • Help drive the adoption of new processes and tools, such as the use of Asana and Slack lists for team execution.

  • Gather and analyze data on key metrics, such as CSAT scores and ticket age reduction, to help the team validate its impact.

  • Assist in sharing and presenting missed call metrics to SecOps and GOC leaders to identify communication gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Contribute to dashboards that provide visibility into project health and operational performance.

  • Work closely with several other teams such as Security Design, Global Safety & Security Strategy & Operations, Security Operations, IT & Infrastructure, and vendors to achieve goals.

In addition, you will have access to resources and events to help you grow both professionally and personally. You will go through global onboarding, role-specific training, and intern-specific onboarding to ensure you are set up for success. Throughout your internship, you will be part of events including Executive Speaker Series, Volunteer Time Off, Workshops, and Socials. You will also have recruiter check-ins, general guidance and support to make the most of your internship experience. Lastly, you have access to participate in any of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Security, or related field

  • Must be located in North America

  • Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to end-users.

  • Project Coordination: Foundational knowledge of project management principles and the ability to assist with task tracking, scheduling, and resource coordination.

  • Data Analysis: A basic understanding of how to analyze data and draw conclusions to inform decision-making.

  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to help identify and resolve issues as they arise in projects.
