Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Partner Sales Manager to lead the growth of Marketing Cloud and Mulesoft through our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving joint go-to-market strategies, enabling partners, and accelerating pipeline growth in collaboration with our channel and alliance partners. The Partner Sales Manager will act as the primary liaison between the company's Marketing Cloud & Mulesoft business and its partner network, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Engagement & Enablement
    • Build and nurture strong executive and sales-level relationships with key partners.
    • Drive Marketing Cloud solution awareness and training across partner teams.
    • Equip partners with sales tools, playbooks, and value propositions to effectively position Marketing Cloud.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Own the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
    • Collaborate with partners on account planning, opportunity identification, and deal execution.
    • Exceed revenue, pipeline, and business development targets through partner-driven sales.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Develop and execute joint GTM plans with strategic partners
    • Orchestrate campaigns, events, and demand-generation programs in collaboration with marketing teams.
    • Differentiate Marketing Cloud through co-innovation and solution bundling with partner offerings.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Work closely with direct sales, solution engineering, marketing, and alliances teams to ensure partner alignment.
    • Provide feedback to product and GTM teams on market trends and partner needs.
    • Champion partner success internally and resolve conflicts when required.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based marketing automation, customer engagement, and digital experience platforms.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding channel sales quotas.
  • Established network of system integrators, digital agencies, and cloud solution partners is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
