Overview of the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to help us drive our marketing performance and analytics. You'll work with the Marketing Business Performance & Measurement team to help leaders make smart choices using data. The Marketing Performance Sr. Analyst will assist with Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), including reviewing and validating data, analyzing results to identify insights, and supporting the operational process and timelines. Beyond MBRs, this role helps drive consistency and accountability across the marketing organization by standardizing key metrics, measuring performance against business objectives, and partnering with leaders to deliver insights and enable data-driven decision making. The Sr. Analyst will also contribute to establishing common frameworks, improving transparency, and developing scalable processes that strengthen marketing's impact on growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for the CMO
  • Analyze data, identify insights, and provide recommendations
  • Measure performance against business objectives
  • Improve standardization of marketing metrics

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Highly proficient SQL skills: proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
  • Advanced data exploration and analysis skills
  • Familiarity with marketing practices, marketing KPIs, marketing analytics
  • Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Passion for data, and analysis; comfortable working with large datasets
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly proficient in Tableau desktop or similar data visualization tool (ability to perform complex calculations, parameters, LOD expressions, etc)
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making, communicating in a comprehensible way across various levels of our organization
  • Experienced with data storytelling using tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint; excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and project prioritization skills, operating in an unstructured environment
  • Comfortable taking the initiative to develop solutions for unstructured problems and communicate the results to key internal customers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Experience:

  • 2+ years of analytics experience (Marketing Analytics or Sales Strategy preferred)
  • BS/BA degree in marketing, economics, marketing, finance, business analytics, business, or equivalent related experience
