The Role
As a Solution Engineer (also known as Presales Engineer, Sales Consultant, or Solution Consultant), you will be a key driver in helping our customers in the Retail and Consumer Goods space leverage the power of Salesforce technology — including our rapidly evolving AI capabilities. You will be directly working with and presenting to customers, what our solutions are capable of achieving for them. For that, you need to be a strong collaborator to orchestrate an internal team of sellers, pre-sales colleagues and partners, in order to achieve this common goal. Working in a team should therefore bring you joy and energy. We seek a technically-sharp professional with proven, hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform. You will be instrumental in bridging our technology's features to quantifiable business outcomes, focusing on automation, intelligence, and personalization across the customer journey. This role requires a unique combination of deep technical acumen (especially in a Salesforce context), strong business understanding, and exceptional interpersonal finesse. You will partner with Account Executives to build trust with C-suite and IT decision-makers, guiding them through complex conversations, overcoming technical objections, and demonstrating exactly how our solutions solve their most pressing business challenges.
