Team Overview: The Sales Planning Applications & Insights team builds and scales innovative solutions for our global Sales and Operations teams. We create best-in-class applications that improve productivity, drive better business results, and directly impact the success of our sales organization.

Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our high-impact, global team. In this role, you will be responsible for the solution design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements across our application portfolio, including our core planning and applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex business challenges and deliver solutions that are used by thousands of our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Design, code, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Flows.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Develop customized solutions to support key business requirements and drive strategic initiatives related to planning.
• Manage the release process for new and updated applications within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Ensure the stability and performance of the applications you support.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of programming experience on the Force.com platform (Apex, LWC).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience building and managing Salesforce Flows.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Certified Platform Developer I

Desired skills:

• Experience in building end-to-end apps using Node.js/Python/Java.
• Experience with platforms like Heroku/AWS.
• Computer Science / Maths / Engineering degree.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
