We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead and oversee project management and business analysis functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly results-oriented individual who can expertly manage projects from conception through delivery, while also providing high-quality business analysis to support strategic initiatives. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment with business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and deliver value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of business processes.
  • Gather and document requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on current and future state processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
  • Support data-driven decision-making.

Role Requirements:

  • Certifications: PMP or like certifications.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in project management, program management, business analytics.
  • Proven track record in managing large, complex projects.
  • Exceptional ability to gather, analyze and document requirements.
  • Ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Skilled in project management, databases, and visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to be independent and resourceful in leading projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to <25% travel.
