Industries Marketing Representative

Our Futureforce University Recruiting program is dedicated to attracting, retaining and cultivating talent. Our interns and new graduates work on real projects that affect how our business runs, giving them the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of our company. With offices all over the world, our recruits have the chance to collaborate and connect with fellow employees on a global scale. We offer job shadowing, mentorship programs, talent development courses, and much more.

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

We are looking for a talented, motivated, and detail-oriented Industries Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you aren't just "doing marketing" - you are a storyteller for Salesforce's industry-first innovations. In this role, you will apply your marketing foundational skills to drive key initiatives, working closely with a manager to support specific product marketing programs—such as content creation, customer storytelling, or sales enablement—while building your expertise in product marketing strategy and Salesforce's portfolio of products, services, and partners. You will support the development of our industry solution messaging by sourcing content and help us articulate how our agentic AI transforms industries.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Support the development of industry-specific narratives and value propositions. You will translate complex product capabilities into compelling "Agentic AI" stories that resonate with executives.
  • Support the coordination and execution of industry marketing activations for product and solution launches and re-launches.
  • Support the production of high-quality marketing assets—including thought-leadership blogs, technical white papers, sales and event presentations, and product/solution demos. You will ensure every piece of content has a clear "hook" and drives measurable customer engagement.
  • Drive the adoption of industry solutions by developing assets global sellers need to win. This includes creating and maintaining sales playbooks and other assets that simplify the "Agentic Enterprise" vision.
  • Partner with other functions to plan and execute marketing activations.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing assets and campaigns using data-driven insights to improve engagement and conversion.

Position requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing or a related strategic role.
  • Exceptional ability to transform complex concepts into simple, high-impact stories. You demonstrate strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear, crisp copy.
  • You are a self-starter who identifies gaps in current processes and proactively proposes solutions.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the "bias for action" needed to drive results.
  • You can navigate large teams with ease, building the consensus needed to move toward your goals.
  • You don't just learn new tech—you gravitate toward it, and want to share your passion for technology with others. Understanding concepts like AI agents, CRM, and Cloud Computing is a must.

Preferred skills:

  • Proficiency in the Google Suite (i.e., Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) is required, but a "plus" is the ability to use Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience using Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT or Google Gemini) to accelerate your work.
  • Comfort in using or learning reporting and analytics tools to track asset performance. You don't just create content; you want to measure its conversion and engagement to show its impact.
  • Proactively seeks out training, development, and learning opportunities to become a better marketer.
  • Comfort presenting your work to internal or external audiences.
  • Domain knowledge of a target Salesforce vertical (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.) is plus.
