The Premier Success Sales team is seeking a world-class seller to position and sell Salesforce's Premier Success Plan to customers. The Premier bundle delivers Salesforce's most proactive and personalized support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with Sales leadership (SVPs, AVPs, RVPs) to review territory performance and identify Premier sales opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed regional ACV targets for Premier
  • Provide deal support for Premier Success, including managing off-shore resources that engage Account Executives and Sales leaders
  • Monthly and Quarterly Premier Sales Forecasting
  • Train Sales teams to position and sell Premier Success through enablement programs and content creation
  • Evangelize Premier Success internally and externally as a subject matter expert

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in Sales (note: one version shows "proven experience" vs specific years)
  • CRM or Marketing automation application experience
  • Demonstrated track record of self-starting, risk-taking, and ability to influence without authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills - ability to adapt style based on audience and present complex ideas
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Experience with complex, escalated customer situations and ability to navigate large organizations
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
