We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team, focusing on the dynamic Latin American market. This role is crucial for providing end-to-end operational support to our Professional Services business. You'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our business operations, directly impacting our growth and success in the region. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical background. What You'll Do

  • Financial Analysis & Revenue Management: Perform detailed financial analysis to track business performance. Manage and forecast revenue streams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Oversee the end-to-end billing and invoicing process for professional services projects, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Data Analytics & Validation: Analyze key business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Validate data integrity across various systems to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Operational Support: Provide comprehensive operational support to the Professional Services team, from project inception to closure. This includes process optimization and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Professional Services teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in a business operations, financial analysis, or similar analytical role.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, revenue management, revenue forecasting, and billing/invoicing.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with experience in data validation and using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the technology or professional services industry is a plus.
